Bolivia

Bolivia has one of the Americas' largest Indigenous populations — Quechua, Aymara, and others — alongside Mestizo and other groups. Spanish and dozens of Indigenous languages are official.

Roman Catholicism is the traditional faith, often blended with Indigenous Andean beliefs, alongside a growing Protestant minority.

Bolivia has a young population and rising but still modest literacy and incomes, having seen significant social gains and the political assertion of its Indigenous majority in recent decades.
