Tourism is a small sector of the countries economy. The hope is to increase the number of tourist in coming years

Some of the key sites is:

Lake Assal- The lowest point in Africa and a very salty lake

Lake Abbal-Located on the border with Ethiopia

Moucha Island- Located in the middle of Tadjoura Bay

Djibouti Palace
