April 7th Entering Baghdad.

American troops entered downtown Baghdad. They occupied two Presidential Palaces. A major airstrike was targeted at Saddam Hussien and his sons. meanwhile in the South British troops moved deeper into Basra.

In Basra the British troops reported that they had found the body of Saddam's cousin chemical Ali- he had been killed in a US air raid aimed at him.
