March 28th- Battles Continue in Nasiriya.
Battles continued all day in Nasiriya. The Marines were engaged in house to house combat as they worked to subdue oppposition from the city. In the evening a missile struck Kuwait City for the first time. No one was injured.
A British cargo ship docked in Umm Qasr in Southern Iraq for the first time.
