Quebec Conference

In August 1943, Churchill journeyed to North America, once again, for another conference with F.D.R. This time, the two leaders met in Quebec City. The meeting was called "The Quadrant Conference". Churchill spent a long weekend with F.D.R. at Hyde Park prior to the meeting. The conference was mostly devoted to discussing the challenges that Overlord (the cross channel invasion of France) presented. There was also a written agreement to share all research done toward producing the Atomic bomb (which was then under development.)
