TextAreaName=John Coady sailed on the Q and I happen to have been one of his friends. John died this past year and he left me some of his things from the quincy. I have in my possesion the betting slip between the President and his inner circle while aboard the quincy. John took it while he and a shipmate were told to clean up the area where the president stayed. It is a marvelous piece of history. To my understanding Admiral Watson died while onboard and his name appears on the betting slip.
