S. M. Goucher7

( S. M. Goucher (SP-2487), a wooden, steam tug built in 1913 by Noecker and Auk Shipbuilding Co., Camden, N.J., and registered at Philadelphia, was acquired by the Navy on charter on 30 March 1918. Through the end of World War I and during the inactivation activities which followed, she performed towing services in the 5th Naval District. She was returned to merchant service on 11 June 1919.
