Nominated: Woodrow Wilson of New Jersey for President.

Nominated: Thomas R Marshall of Indiana for Vice President.

Woodrow Wilson was renominated with only one vote in opposition. The most famous line was stated by convention chairman Senator Ollie James of Kentucky when he stated:" Who would say that we can afford to to swap horses while crossing a bloody stream"
