July 5th- July 12th. This was a big a week for the Kerry campaign. Kerry selected Senator Edwards to be his Vice Presidential candidate. The selection was well received. The Bush campaign was required to react to a highly critical Senate report on American Intelligence failures leading to the war with Iraq.
