Day Thirty Six Second Hundred June 4, 2009

The President began his day in Riyadh Saudi Arabia/ At 6:45 he flew to Cairo. In Cairo he was received by Egyptian President Muburack, with whom he had a one on one meeting. The President and Secreatry of State Clinton then toured the Sultan Hassan Mosque.

President Obama then gave his much anticipated speech to the Muslim world, from Cairo University. His speech was general but well received in the Muslim world. He spoke about the need to settle the Arab Israeli dispute and the suffering of the Palestinian people. Remarks

The President then toured the Pyramids before departing Cairo for Dresden Germany.
