April 21- General Jay Garner becomes the civil Leader of Iraq as he heads the Office for Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance

April 26th -An unknown number of individuals attacked U.S. Third Infantry Division soldiers who were guarding a cache of captured Iraqi ammunition near Baghdad this morning. One soldier was wounded in the attack. Six Civilians Died as a result of the explosion of the arms cache
April 28- Protesters n Fallujah organize a protest defying a curfew. US forces report being fired upon and kill 15 Centcom Release
