People
The people of the Congo come from different ethnic groups. The largest group are the Kongo, which make up 48% of the population. The Sangha make up 20% of the population, the Teke make up 17% and the M'Bochi 10%.
Languages
French (official), French Lingala and Monokutuba (lingua franca trade languages), many local languages and dialects (of which Kikongo is the most widespread)
Religions
