The fifth week of the transition began with the much awaited announcement on the Obama security team. That announcement took place on December 3rd. That team includes Senator Hilary Clinton as Secreaty of State. Marine General Jim Jones as National Security Advisor and Eric Holder as Attorney General. He has also asked Defense Secretary Robert Gates to stay on in his new administration.
