This day was devoted to the President;s speech in the evening at West Point outlinng his strategy in Afghanistan including his decision to send an additoinal 30,000 troops.

In the morning the President met with Nobel Prize Winners.

The President had lunch with key reporters. In the afternoon the President spoke with many foriegn leader.

Later in the afternoon Presdient met with Congtessinal leadership to outline his policy to increase troop strength in Afghanistan.
